    Jan 08, 2017 I am prescribed plaquenil I take the substitute hydroxychloroquine 200 mg twice a day; I accidentally took an extra dose - -about two hours after the first dose. So all total today - 1 200 mg in the morning; 1 in the evening and 1 about 25 minutes ago - should I be concerned? Thinking I should skip my morning dose. I accidentally have taken 2-3 extra doses of my thyroid medication the last few days. Should I skip a day take a dose and skip another day?
